It works With US-Bangladesh Investment Group Inc. and Terra Resources International and Bangladeshi Institutional Investors, such as NCC Bank Ltd, National Life Insurance Company Ltd, Southeast Bank Ltd, The City Bank Ltd and TRIIMS Consultants Ltd.

VIPB's vision is to help small and medium sized businesses to gain large profits. It tries to help local enterprises with capital injection and strong operational knowledge. It provides fund to small and medium sized businesses from 300,000/= and above to the under-served SME ventures throughout the country.
