Training Institute for Chemical Industries (TICI), located at Polash, Narsingdi, is the Central Training Institute of Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation BCIC. It was founded in 1989, and training started on 10 August 1990. It conducts basic training courses for apprentice operators/technicians (H.S.C/B.Sc/Dip-in Engg.) and newly recruited officers (B.Sc. Engg./M.Sc.), refreshers/up-gradation courses for in service operators, technicians and officers, training courses for ongoing university students having science and engineering background, Tailor made courses for different organizations. TICI also organises seminar, symposium, workshop to exchange technical information and experience in national and international level.

-Industrial Water Treatment & Operation of Water Treatment Plant
