Dear Sir,
I have completed a 6 month course on 'Food & beverage production' from National Hotel and Tourism Training Institute ,Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation Dhaka.Aftermath I have also completed 6-weeks in hand training in Biman Flight Catering Centre(BFCC)where I have achieved experience to prepare the following items:
a) Chicken biriani,mutton curry,vegetable cutlet,fried chicken,chicken grill,hospos,Prawns cocktails,fried chicken,kababs etc.
b)Salad, fruit juices etc.
c)different kinds of soup like Thai soup , chicken soup,sweet corn chicken soup , etc

I would be very glad if I get an opportunity to serve Hotel Peninsula,the best Hotel in Chittagong.
