When I open my net and try to visit www.myqubee.com to see my balance to insert pin number,it shows that the page cannot be found and I faill to recharge it. How can I solve this problem that is how can I recharge my account easily?

Dear Sir,
Your Customer care is not only weak, bu ill treating. I purchased one of you modem and connection 7 January, they promised to install my connection coming my home within 72 hours, they didn't give any pass words and even no A/C number was provided when I purchased your product from Hotel Sheraton Fair. Today, after 3 days when I telephoned to your customer care representatives, two of them have obliged me to tell the full history repeatedly to them. First one was Mr. Zahur, and the 2nd one was Mr. Zakariya. Even I have told Mr. Zakariya that I told everything to Mr. Zahur just now, but he told me that Mr. Zahur ws then in another telephone! Both of them told me still QUBEE didn't create my A/C number which was suppose to give me while I purchased the modem and the connection on 7 January! Mr. Zakariya didn't behave accordingly, th behave was like that "OK, as you already gave us money and purchased the modem and connection, headache is now yours"!
I need my connection installed today as my friends Army Officers are also interested, but I am sure, they will be back if they understand the service of your present customer care. Even after paying my money before 3 days, why they didn't create my A/C? I request you, the owners and the Directors to please investigate the thing, install my connection and take measures to make the service center well in behavior and in real service!

but qubee is the best one internet connection in Bangladesh.

not clear about the limit scale "Sky". is that Unlimited or very High limit say for exmp 25GB. I am confused coz you use "Sky is the limit" in some pckg.
