TRUE FACT OF MY PATERNAL PROPERTY CASE IN CHITTAGONG.
My father Dr. S.N. Chowdhury was a well knows qualified Physician in Chittagong. He passed from Calcutta Medical College. We are two brothers and four sisters. My elder brother and two sisters live in Calcutta, one sister is in USA, and I am living in U.K. and EEC citizen. My immediate sister and her husband live in Chittagong. I am working as a Manager.
We have a house in Chttagong main town, Kotali Thaana on the land of approx. 10 Khata and have cultivate land in Dhalghat, Phatia Thaana approx. 20 Biga.
My immediate elder sister who is living in Chittagong and her husband took the advantage upon my father's old age, which was 79 years old in 1992 and my mother was 65 years old. My elder sister and her husband made pressure upon my parent to leave Chittagong for Calcutta and said who will take care of you in your old age; you go to Calcutta to your elder son. They also said Santosh (means I) will never come back in Bangladesh because he is EEC citizen. They said we will pay you, means to my father, in Calcutta what ever is the price of your property but my sister and her husband knows that after 6 months their visa will expire and they never can come back in Chittagong, that was happened.
My parent believed the daughter and the son-in-law and they did what they said.
My parent gone to Calcutta in 1992 and after three months their visa was expired and they have no chance to come back in Chittagong and stay illegal in Calcutta to my brother's house.
My sister and her husband said they paid to my father in Calcutta but how much they paid and how they paid in Calcutta? They are Bangladesh citizen and work in Bangladesh, how they got the money in Calcutta, means they violate the law by illegal money laundering. It is criminal law under money laundering Act of 2007 of Bangladesh. Other hand if they did not paid means they chit with my father. At present the property worst millions of Euro and I have full right to get back my paternal property immediately as a son. My elder sister explain in her letter
What I heard from my sister that my father gave DAN PATRA on her name about the house of the Chittagong town and Power of Attorney for the village property BUT they never show me all the paper, when I was in Chittagong after the death of my father.
They forced to my father to give 'Dan Patra' not to pay income tax. They violate the law again, also they forced my father to give Power of Attorney they took the advantage from my parent in their old and lonely life and helpless.
* My elder sister wrote me a letter of her own hand writing, when I was in Amsterdam still I have the letter, that if I return their money they will return my father's property in Chittagong town but she did not mention how much, is it in Indian Rupees or Bangladesh Taka and where they paid? Is they paid to my father?
She also wrote that if I come back in Bangladesh, they would transfer the Power of Attorney on my name. After that I wrote them several time but I did not get any response. Last letter I received from my sister in 1997. I have that letter.
After came back to Calcutta, with in three years my father died with too much mental suffering and my mother also died in same reason after the death of my father. It was pathetic and painful. I lost every thing. My surrounding is empty.

1.TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, signed by first class Magistrate, Chittagong Court, Chittagong. Bangladesh.
2. My Birth Certificate Registration, signed by Chairman of the Chittagong Municipality. Chittagong Bangladesh.
3. Letter from the First Secretary of the Embassy of Bangladesh. Belgium
4. Nederland passport photocopy and the stamp from First Secretary Embassy of Bangladesh, The Hague, Nederland, explain that no visa required travelling to Bangladesh because I am Bangladesh by birth.
5. Very Important document that is the letter from my elder sister Mrs. Gita Bencher own handwriting. Hand writing specialist could prove it, in case she
Denier.

8. My elder sister is approx. 53 and she is a schoolteacher in Nandan Kanan Girls High School. Chittagong and my brother-in law is a bank manager in Chittagong and they have one girl and a boy, they are student.
9. I do not have any property documents and I never saw it. What they said to me that they got danpatra from my father for Chittagong city property and the Power of Attorney for Village property.
* The documents I do not have but I need very seriously to know my position and to file the case against them.
1.Description of my Paternal Properties including plot Nos. and Khatian Nos.
2.R.S. P.S. and B.S. Khatians.
3.Copies of the title deeds of my paternal properties.
4.Cope of the deed of gift Dan Patra executed by my father in favour of my sister.
5.Cope of the Power of Attorney executive by my father in favour of your sister.
So my question to you how, where and from whom I will get all those important documents? Will you please help me or advise me? I do not have any one in Chittagong who could help me to solve this critical situation.
I have some serious questions to understand the case and I appreciate your advice.
Q1. How long it will take place to get back my entire father's property in Chittagong and what will be the cost and detail explanation of the cost?
Q2. Is my sister could inherit her father's property? They are approx. last 15 years illegal capture my father's property and rent it and living their own house in different place, which I mention above their address.
When I was in Chittagong after the death of my father, I was not allowed to go inside my father's house and it hearts very deeply and the tier came out very silently.
Q3. How and when they will get punishment in criminal law under money laundering Act of 2007 of Bangladesh. My sister mentions indirectly in her letter that they paid to my father in Calcutta but did not said how much? They are working and citizen of Bangladesh how they got so much money in Calcutta?
Q4. Accourding to Further in Hindu Law (Dayabhaga) in Bangladesh there is no provision of in heritance of father's property by the daughter. How you could apply it and when I shall return my father's property on my name?
Q5. There has no transfer of property effectively and law fully done by my father. Is the matter will take original and legal shape in time?
If it is so how they are in position so long and how I could take action very seriously?
Q6. If we shall not put them in further trouble if they do abide by our interaction accordingly. Is this a very important police case?

computer(laptop)business in Dhaka city,still I am fighting for establishment financial,but I cant for the business policy of our govt. policy.If govt.will take care IT business then Bangladesh will run,like:

In New York, USA, in the year 2010, we are trying to hold the "Eighth International Conference on Extirpation of Dowry and Bride-Burning".
Please help us bring a delegation from Bangladesh.
At the "Fifth International" held in New Delhi in 2001, respected Malika Begum came from Bangladesh and told us the horrible story of atrocity on young brides for dowry. This is a very cruel practice that must be stopped. Please support our Conference in 2010 in the USA where we are trying to bring delegates from India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. We must find a solution to the problem
