GMG Airlines is a largest and private and quality oriented local as well a global reach airline of Bangladesh launched in 1997, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Mission Statement of GMG Airlines is "To be the most preferred airline of Bangladesh."

It's providing an international standard service and working too in order to uphold the image of Bangladesh around the world. Owing to economic crisis of 2008-2009 GMG fell in severe losses and it was seemed that GMG will be disappeared but, on 17 June 2009, Beximco Group bought a stake in GMG Airlines and gave a new life. GMG Group & Beximco Company is the origin authority of GMG Airlines. The slogan of the Company is "First Class All the Way". Its key roots are Shahjalal International Airport located in Dhaka, and Shah Amanat International Airport located in Chittagong.
