Teacher of Mass Communication and Journalism in the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is also editor of an independent journal on communication and culture named Jogajog, the only journal of its kind from Bangladesh, though not a recognized one. He writes short story, article, essay and translate things interesting to me mainly from English to Bangla. Cinema Studies, Cultural Theory and Political Economy of Media is my academic area of interests. He is also interested in politics, literature, painting, photography and many other things. He has published four books which include two edited books regarding war and corporate media and film of Bangladesh. Two other books are collection of his short stories.
