The Ex Students Association of Adamjee Cantonment College (EXSAACC) was founded by a group of former students of Adamjee Cantonment College in 1979 at a meeting at the Teachers Student Center (TSC) of Dhaka University desiring to hold on to the fond childhood memories of their school and to show off the ideas and teaching received at the noble institution. Later due to changes of the name of school this organization changed its name to Ex-Students Association of Adamjee Cantonment School and College (EXSAACSC).
