we have two telephone connection.Both are useless. Incoming and outgoing has been closed.but if we call this number it is ringed in dialing mobile but not in our master set where telephone lines are connected. what can I do now.Please inform...we have already communicated Maghbazar office but happened nothing.

i am a khilgaon resident and my land-line is under authorization of moghbazar zone and number starts with 933****. what steps should i take to transfer the line remaining the number unchanged? could you please send me the link of 'line transfer application' form?

My telephone (9008967) is dead since 21 September 2011. I called local camp office, but they did not do anything. I sent a sms-complaint (no. 110924-004 and was assured that 'the fault will be rectified soon'. But, til today nothing has been done. Please do something about it as early as possible. It's very urgent.

After a series of request after submission of my application as on 10/03/2011, a demand note(no.3855 dated 06/04/11) has been issued by the BTCL office, Sher E Bangla Nagar, Dhaka and I have deposited the money same day at Basic Bank Ltd. Sher-E-Bangla Nagaor Br. Dhaka. Later I have requested/contacted to different concerned Official/Staff(s) to establish the land line. However after repeated request and irritation lastly the connection established as on 21/05/2011.
It is unfortunate that again the line was not working from the 2nd week of June,2011. From that day I am restlessly complining to do the needfull. But till today 27/07/2011 line is not working or not established. In the meantime I have lodge my complaint at 9120276, 8362599
One more information, my name and address has not been recorded correctly so that it is reflecting in the Bill. it is required to correct as follows:

My telephone NBR is 8416817 disconnected from 19-06-2011 due to non payment of bill. But please you can see through computer all payment is updated. Only Jan11 to Apr11 not inserted the account as deposited.Actually I have paid all the bills. So it is not fair to disconnect my number.Please arrange to connect my Tel Nbr. I am trying to get in to the View/ Print Telephone Bill and Payment Status service. But it is not working. I have also tried to login to the View/ Print Internet (regular dial-up) Bill and Log-in Details service. I have used my phone number with the N.W.D code as my ID and password but it is not responding.
