BanglaSoftware Group was formed by a few young IT graduates and professionals who saw the need for a simple Bangla writing system that could be used by the millions of Bengali people who have access to computers. Abdul Wahid, Shohidur Rahman & Amir Ahmed founded BanglaSoftware in 2000 a short time later Abdur Rahim joined the group and brought a great deal of expertiese with him.

The groups long term aim is to provide the Bengali community with many innovative Bengali software solutions to assist them in both the home and business arena. With Bangla being the 4th most spoken language in the world* our ambitions are to create applications to assist the younger generation learn even more Bangla.
