Dear Sir

It is a matter of great regret that a letter mailed to the attention of Mr. Rafikuddin Ahmed - Principal Redcrescent Bidda Niketon, Serajuddin Sarak ( Old Town hall Road) Barguna - 8700 has never reached since it's posting from the USA in May 2011. This important letter containing a financial instrument and declared missing. Now another letter addressed to Mr. Mohammad Abu Hanifa South Barguan Hashemiah Lodge has the same fate since it's posting almost a month ago. I feel there is a problem at Barguna post office as such it is necessary to investigate as well as transfer the mail man to avoid such problem.

Please transfer the mail man or other related staff from Barguna post office and make the post office a proper place for the public. It may be mentioned that a letter mailed same time has already reached Kalmagha, Patharghata under the Patharghata Upozila in the Dist of Barguna.

Awaiting your quickest action to resolve this miss management of Barguan Post office.

Dear Sir,
I want to send some money to Russia via WESTERN UNION by Bangladesh Post Office.
My local post office told me,"We can only receive money from foreign countries.We
can not send money to other countries through WESTERN UNION."Is it right ? Now what can I do to send money abroad ? Who can do it in Bangladesh ? Please help me
and send me an email with expected information and oblige me.

With deep concern I should like to mention that a Gang Of Thieves [pick pocket / bag ] are very much active in the GPO Khulna. The CC tv at GPO khulna often remains out of focus on the front desk where money transactions are done. Poor and Old Pensioner while keeping the money in their bag are often subjected to these mischievous actions of the thieves.

Very recently I was about to be robbed and luckily saved for my extra caution and mercy of Almighty. Upon rechecking with the Dy PMG I could understand that the CC TV is not focused on the front transaction desk instead directed somewhere else. This is very serious issue concerning the safety and security of the client. The Appropriate authority must take punitive measure for any vested interest group behind the scene, and or the protection of the clients must be considered as utmost importance. I lodge a strong protest against the admin of GPO at Khulna

In the Post Office of Mirpur-1, we are not getting 'Paribar Sanchaypatra'& 'Pensioner Sanchaypaytra' over last 5/6 months. Post Master says that he has put requisition with GPO, but not getting the above mentioned Sanchay Patra.What can he do.
May we know why this situation going on for months after month in Mirpur Post office & when will GPO supply to Mirpur Post Office.
