Arannayk Foundation also known as the Bangladesh Tropical Forest Conservation Foundation, is a not for profit company (limited by guarantee and not having a share capital), established in 2003 by the joint initiative of the Governments of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the United States of America based on the provisions of the US Tropical Forest Act of 1998, which seeks to contribute to the conservation of biodiversity assets of tropical forests.

Some of its current projects are
-Biodiversity Monitoring in Selected Forest Areas (Jahangirnagar University)
-Livelihood Support to Forest User Groups in Co-managed Protected Forest Areas (Co-management Committee)
-Capacity Building of Stakeholders for Improved Planning and Management of Forest and Biodiversity Conservation Projects (PROSHIKA)
-Inani Protected Forest Area Co-management Project, Cox's Bazar (SHED)
-Community-based Conservation of Forest Resources and Enhancing Rural Livelihood in Rangamati of Chittagong Hill Tract (Hill Flower)
-Indigenous Community Based Sustainable Management of Chimbuk Hill Forest in Bandarban Hill District (Humanitarian Foundation)
-Restoration of Hilly Biodiversity through Community Based Bio-resource Management at Dighinala, Khagrachari (Anando)
-Community Based conservation of Village Common Forests in Rowangchari, Bandarban Hill district (Tah Zing Dong)
-Itchari Community Reserve Forest Conservation Project, Khagrachari (BIRAM)
