Habitat for Humanity International is an ecumenical Christian housing ministry. Founded in 1976 by Millard Fuller, HFHI seeks to eliminate poverty housing, and to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action. Habitat for Humanity works with people of all backgrounds, races and religions to build houses together in partnership with families in need. Our mission is to promote sustainable development, evident through our work in more than 3,000 communities in some 100 countries. Habitat has built, repaired and renovated nearly 250,000 homes, and more than one million people are living in homes they helped build and are buying through no-profit mortgages.
Habitat for Humanity International Bangladesh has been active since 1999, working around the country to provide support to those most in need. We work closely with communities, volunteers, partner organizations and NGOs, taking a holistic approach to development
