BURO Bangladesh


BURO Bangladesh is a national not-for-profit organization that was set up in 1990 with a view to working for the poor on sustainable basis to reduce poverty. It is a specialized micro-finance institution that provides high quality flexible financial services to low-income people, particularly the women, who are regarded as its prime customers. They are indeed the conduit for channeling resources into the households for reduction of poverty. The organization is responsive to diverse financial needs of customers. To meet their ever-growing financial needs, it has launched six loan products, three savings products and one insurance scheme.
