Bangladesh, led by captain Habibul Bashar, will leave July 16 for the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, where they will play three one-day matches - July 19, 22 and 23.
The South Asians will then visit Zimbabwe to play a five-match series - July 29, 30 and Aug. 2, 4, 6 - in the capital, Harare.
Among the two rookies, Sakib Al Hasan is a left-handed batsman and left-arm spinner, while Forhad Reza is a seaming all-rounder.
The squad also includes batsman and wicketkeeper Mushfiqur Rahim, who is set to make his one-day debut after two test caps.
Kenya, an associate member of the International Cricket Council, enjoys one-day status, while Zimbabwe is currently suspended from playing test cricket.
