Agrani Bank Limited has introduced quick disposal of foreign remittance to the beneficiaries of wage earners through online network services.
Transfer of remittances transfer from Agrani Exchange House Sdn-Bhd, Malaysia has been brought under the online network of the bank recently.
Agrani Bank MD-cum-CEO Syed Abu Naser Bukhtear Ahmed inaugurated the Malaysian service recently.
Deputy managing directors Syed Abdul Hamid and Md Fayekuzzaman, all general managers and concerned executives were also present on the occasion.
In his inaugural speech, Bukhtear Ahmed mentioned the importance of foreign remittance to the national economy and advised the concerned officials to bring more exchange houses and foreign banks under the online network services of Agrani Bank.
Meanwhile, remittances from Al Rajhi Banking and Investment Corporation, KSA, Oman International Exchange Limited, Oman, Al-Fardan Exchange Company, Qatar, Al-Fardan Exchange, Abu Dhabi, UAE Exchange LLC, Abu Dhabi, have been credited to beneficiaries accounts through online network services safely and swiftly.
