 | Agrani Bank starts foundation course for new seniors

Agrani Bank Training Institute (ABTI) has organized a six-week 'Banking Foundation Course' for the newly recruited senior officers of Agrani Bank Limited.
Agrani Bank Chairman Siddiqur Rahman Choudhury inaugurated the course at ABTI Sunday, says a press release.
Managing Director-cum-CEO Syed Abu Nasser Bukhtear Ahmed was present as special guest on the inauguration ceremony.
Deputy managing directors Syed Abdul Hamid and Md Fayekuzzaman along with General Manager AKM Mujibur Rahman, ABTI Director Md Zakaria and concerned executives of the bank were also present on the occasion.
In his inaugural speech, the chairman said that Agrani Bank started its journey in the new millennium with the commitment of serving the nation where the newly recruited officers are fellow soldiers. He specially mentioned the newly recruited officers as new generation to look forward sharing the experiences of the present generation for a golden future of the bank.
The managing director welcomed the officers and said that the responsibilities of the new generation bankers are to uphold the glorious contribution of the bank by ensuring optimum use of modem technology, enhancing the standard of customer services with professional attitude, adapting the changing environment of the competitive market and, above all, marketing the services and products of the bank efficiently and prudently.
