It manufactures leather hand bags, briefcases and small leather goods for export in the world market. Picard Bangladesh's factory started with about 60 workers in a small production floor of about 2000sqt. Now the company employs about 1200 people and has a production area of approximately 70,000sqft.
Picard Bangladesh currently produces 25000 bags and 27000 small leather goods per month. Using their total production capacity, 70% of their output is for the Picard brand and 30% is for other brands.
