Part IV deals with the Executive, while Parts V and VI deal with the Legislature and the Judiciary respectively. Article 55(6) of the Constitution empowers the President to make rules for allocation and transaction of the business of the Government. The Minister is the Chief Executive of the Ministry. There is a Minister of State. The Secretary is the overall administrative head of the Ministry. The Law Ministry has two wings, namely, the Law and Justice Wing and the Legislative Drafting Wing. Each Wing is headed by an Additional Secretary. |
