(AONB) is a joint venture between AON, an Oregon; USA based Wireless Internet Provider and a group of NRB (Non-Resident Bangladeshi) entrepreneurs and technologists. AlwaysOn was incorporated with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms, Bangladesh in June 2005. The Company received a nationwide Internet Service Provider license in March of 2006 from the Bangladesh Telecommunications Regulatory Commission ("BTRC"). In July of 2006, the BTRC granted the Company a number of spectrum licenses for building a nationwide wireless transmission network and state-of-the-art last mile networks for wireless access by the end users.
